When we receive your phone call or email, we will gather some basic info like the type of project, location, photos of the existing space as well as inspiration photos and best way to reach you. After reviewing the info we will schedule a time to meet.
We visit your property to understand your goals, vision and assess the space. We will collaborate our ideas and go over your wants and needs for the project. We will then gather more information like dimensions, site conditions and photos to help us with providing a ballpark proposal
After our site visit we will start working on a ballpark proposal based on what we have discussed. You’ll receive an initial project budget range to help you plan ahead. We will usually do this over the phone or by email. A basic scope of work will be described along with a budget range for your project.
After we provide the budget range for your project and you decide to move forward and work with us, we will collect an initial retainer/ design fee. This will typically be 5% of the initial ballpark and will cover the preliminary work for the project to include, planning, design, meetings, and preliminary work for the project. This will also secure a spot in our schedule
This is where we start discussing the details of the project. We will collaborate to explore ideas and possibilities. We will help with the design and product selections by offering samples and expert guidance. After a few design meetings we refine the concept and provide drawings for review. If you are happy with the design and selections, we update the estimate for you to make sure we are still within your expectations.
Once you've approved the final design and estimate, we will begin the permitting process, Start sourcing materials and give you an estimated timeline of when the project could start
With everything aligned, we will have a meeting to go over any final questions, working hours, parking situations and how we can best accommodate to the cleanliness and order of your home. We will then get to work delivering your project to the highest standard.
